Cocoon 2 class is by coaches invitation only. Cocoon students will need the following skills before advancement to Cocoon 2..

- Strong Basics

-Bridge kick over on the floor

- Roundoff

- Backbend

- Handstand to bridge

- Baby handstand on the beam

- 3 connected casts on bars.
